Job summary

EY is seeking a Testing Manager to plan and execute test cycles for large SAP implementations. You will work with the project team and third parties to confirm the business requirements that must be tested and the approach to meet testing requirements.

You will be responsible for working directly with the functional work streams to build test scenarios and cases that cover all business requirements and satisfy the defined test strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years in a testing lead role with large SAP implementations.
• Experience developing test strategies, scenarios, and cases.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying technical skills to functional design.
• Familiarity with the System Development Lifecycle and tech landscape.
• Experience leading teams and traveling up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track deliverables and project status.
• Participate in client working sessions and lead workstreams end-to-end.
• Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
• Travel regularly as required by external clients.
