Job summary

EY is seeking a Testing Manager to plan and execute test cycles for large SAP implementations. You will build test scenarios and cases, work with functional streams, and lead testing across unit, system integration, UAT, and regression cycles.

You will manage timelines, cost, and quality while guiding technical and non-technical teams through technology transformations. The role requires 4–6 years in testing leadership, strong communication, and willingness to travel about 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of proven experience in a testing lead role, specifically with large SAP implementations.
• Experience in developing test strategies, scenarios, and cases.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with the System Development Lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track deliverables and project status.
• Participate in client working sessions and lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
• Travel regularly as needed by external client.
