Job summary

EY is seeking a Testing Manager to plan and execute test cycles for large SAP implementations. You will collaborate with project teams and third parties to define tests that cover all business requirements and align with the test strategy.

You will lead delivery across workstreams, manage timelines and budgets, and mentor teams while traveling 40-60% to meet client needs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in testing leadership on SAP projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 4–6 years in a testing lead role on large SAP implementations.
• Experience developing test strategies, scenarios and cases.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience applying functional design in a tech context.
• Familiarity with the System Development Lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities
