Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven testing lead experience on large SAP implementations.
• Experience developing test strategies, scenarios, and cases.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in leading teams and managing resources.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Participating in client sessions and guiding workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and budgets.
• Travel required regularly to meet client needs.
