Job summary

EY is seeking a Testing Manager to plan and execute test cycles for large SAP implementations. You will partner with project teams and third parties to define test strategy, build scenarios, and ensure coverage across functional unit, integration, UAT and regression testing.

You will lead delivery of technology transformation programs, manage timelines, costs and quality, and supervise both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years in a testing lead role, with large SAP implementations.
• Experience developing test strategies, scenarios, and cases.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in leading teams and travel up to 40–60%.
• Familiarity with the System Development Lifecycle.
• Knowledge of the technology landscape.
• Ability to manage projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
