Job summary

EY is seeking a Testing Manager to plan and execute test cycles for large SAP implementations. You will work with the project team and third parties to define the test approach, build test scenarios, and ensure coverage of business requirements.

You will also lead technology transformation delivery, managing timelines, costs, and quality across both technical and non-technical teams. You will travel regularly to client sites and participate in planning, execution, and closure of workstreams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4–6 years in testing lead roles.
• Experience leading SAP testing engagements and defining test strategies.
• Ability to plan, design, and execute tests across large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams, track deliverables, and report project status.
• Collaborate with client sessions and guide workstreams from planning to closure.
• Manage engagement economics, budgets, and resource plans.
• Travel regularly to meet client needs (40–60%).
