Job Description: Test Lead for SAP S/4 HANA Conversion Project

The Test Lead for the SAP S/4 HANA Conversion Project is responsible for leading testing efforts to ensure successful conversion and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing functional, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing. The role involves working closely with project stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to meet testing requirements and ensure system quality. Travel to US/Mexico sites may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans, define scope and objectives, and identify test cases, scripts, and data requirements.
2. Test Execution and Coordination: Lead execution of test cases, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor progress, report results, track defects, and ensure resolution before go-live. Communicate testing status and risks to stakeholders.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure testing activities adhere to quality standards, conduct reviews, and audits of testing processes and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-7 years of software testing experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4 HANA and testing tools.
• Excellent testing methodology knowledge, analytical, and communication skills.
• Travel to US/Mexico sites may be needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4 HANA certification.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
