Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring test activities
• Creating test strategy and test plan
• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
• Work with all involved parties (Stakeholder, PO, Developers etc.) to determine the appropriate software validation strategy
• Deliver reporting on a regular basis.

SKILLS

Must have

• - Good experience in test management, with a strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies.- Automotive Experience- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and its impact on testing activities.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and resources.- Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Being dynamic and self-motivated- Problem-solving mindset

Nice to have

- Knowledge of GNSS and/or GNSS testing- ISTQB Foundation Level- (e.g., ISTQB, Agile, Scrum)- Knowledge of automation testing tools and techniques
