Location: Onsite in Mundelein, IL (Tue–Thu) | Some travel to US/Mexico sites required

We're seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to drive testing efforts for a high-visibility SAP S/4 HANA Conversion Project. In this role, you’ll lead all phases of the testing lifecycle—from test planning and execution to defect resolution and quality assurance—ensuring a successful implementation aligned with business goals.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy for the SAP S/4 HANA program
• Define test scope, objectives, test cases, and data requirements
• Lead functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
• Coordinate across teams (business, functional, technical) for smooth test execution
• Track and report testing progress, results, and open issues
• Manage defect lifecycle using industry-standard tools
• Ensure compliance with QA best practices, documentation standards, and timelines
• Communicate regularly with project leadership and stakeholders

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in software QA/testing, with 3+ years in a test lead role
• Deep hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA testing
• Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA frameworks
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel to US/Mexico sites when required

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification (S/4 HANA preferred)
• Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
