Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation leader for SAP programs, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams, leading large SAP initiatives, and delivering solutions across diverse client engagements. Travel to client sites and remote work opportunities are expected.

You will drive scope, requirements, and technical design, while leveraging deep SAP knowledge and industry experience to guide implementations and change management efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience (or 10 years in equivalent industry)
• 3+ years as Project/Large Workstream/Client Lead on a large SAP transformation project in a global delivery model
• 3+ years experience in Employee Central with EC Time (EC certification required)
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time certification
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
• Travel may be required for this role; travel amount varies 0–100% depending on business need and client requirement.
