Jobgether is seeking an SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll/Time Tracking Consultant for clients in the United States. This fully remote role focuses on leading functional configuration, translating business requirements, and supporting successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations across HR, payroll, benefits, and IT stakeholders.

You will collaborate with client teams to optimize payroll processing, time tracking, attendance, and absence management, delivering robust solutions, testing, and ongoing

Qualifications

• 5+ years with SAP SuccessFactors, including ECP and/or Time Tracking.
• Experience configuring payroll, time management, and attendance in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Experience with system testing, data validation, and production support.
• Strong communication and collaboration with HR, payroll, IT, and project teams.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document payroll, time management, attendance, and absence requirements.
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors ECP and Time Tracking per client needs.
• Set up work schedules, calendars, time recording profiles, and absence types.
• Support payroll configuration, wage types, calculations, and reconciliation.
• Lead testing (module, integration, and UAT) and resolve defects.
• Provide production support and timely issue resolutions.
