Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will lead, mentor, and deliver complex payroll transformations, guiding teams and advising clients on payroll strategy and optimization across HR, payroll, finance, and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, Finance or related field.
• At least 7 years SAP Payroll experience, with strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) expertise.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience managing consulting/implementation teams.
• Deep knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, processing logic, retroactive accounting, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll consultants across engagements.
• Serve as senior SME for SAP SuccessFactors ECP across client projects.
• Establish consulting standards, delivery methodologies, and best practices for SAP payroll solutions.
• Oversee staffing, resource planning, and performance management to support delivery and improvement.
• Drive payroll transformation strategies and system configuration improvements.
• Oversee full-cycle implementations including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Maintain client relationships through workshops, design sessions, and executive discussions.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, estimations, and pre-sales activities.
