You will serve as SME for Employee Central Payroll, guide solution design, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive delivery standards while building trusted client relationships and leading pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, finance or related field.
• At least 7 years of SAP Payroll experience, incl. SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• At least 3 years of people leadership managing consulting, implementation, or support teams.
• Deep technical knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and retroactive accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll consultants across engagements.
• Senior SME for SAP SuccessFactors ECP across client projects.
• Establish consulting standards, delivery methodologies, and best practices.
