Job summary

Next Generation, Inc., an HR Path company, seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll/Time Tracking Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors ECP and Time Tracking.

This is a hands-on functional consulting role focusing on gathering requirements, configuring payroll and time management, testing, troubleshooting, and delivering client projects. Remote role with collaboration across HR, payroll, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP and Time Tracking.
• Experience configuring payroll and time management within SuccessFactors.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements related to payroll and time management.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors ECP and Time Tracking solutions.
• Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, time recording profiles, and absences.
• Support payroll processing requirements including wage types and calculations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll/time tracking configuration issues.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams for successful delivery.
• Assist with integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems.
• Create functional specs, configuration docs, and test scripts.
• Provide production support and resolve user-reported issues.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices.
• Support system upgrades and releases.
