Jobgether is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Time Tracking for a fully remote role across the United States. You will gather requirements, configure payroll and time management, and ensure reliable system delivery.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and project teams, perform testing, data validation, and production support, and help optimize processes using SAP best practices in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years with SAP SuccessFactors, including ECP and/or Time Tracking.
• Experience configuring payroll and time management in SAP SF.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, timekeeping, and absence management.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable functional solutions.
• Experience supporting testing, data validation, and production support.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payroll, time management, attendance, and absence tracking.
• Configure, implement, and maintain SAP SF ECP and Time Tracking in line with client needs.
• Set up work schedules, holiday calendars, time recording profiles, and time valuations.
• Support payroll configuration, including wage types, retroactive processing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve payroll/time-tracking issues and coordinate testing activities.
• Plan and execute system, integration, and UAT testing with test scripts and defect resolution.
• Perform data validation, payroll reconciliation, and quality checks of system outputs.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support integrations between SAP SF and third-party systems.
