Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive SAP Technical Senior to join our SuccessFactors team. Your role involves leveraging SAP technology to address organizational challenges, focusing on strategy, user experience, processes, and operational impacts.

You will gather and analyze user requirements, develop user interfaces for mobile, web, and tablets, and create software components that meet business needs through effective coding. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities, and design functional solutions, including configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and develop user interfaces to enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create supporting specifications.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

Regular travel may be required to meet with clients and engage directly with stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas.
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and time management solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional expertise.
