Job summary

SMBC is seeking a functional product owner for SAP SuccessFactors LMS and related learning technologies. You will lead governance, roadmap, releases, reporting, and integrations while partnering with HR, Compliance, Risk, and Tech. The role supports global initiatives and reports to the LMS Director.

You will drive automation, data quality, and user experience improvements, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance across the learning platform.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise learning solutions in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience as a functional system owner or product owner for HR tech initiatives.
• Strong understanding of configuration, release management, testing, reporting, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for SAP SF LMS and related solutions.
• Lead platform strategy, governance, and operations to meet regulatory and business needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Risk, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Guide global project work and align priorities with senior stakeholders.
• Foster continuous improvement, operational excellence, and risk awareness.
