Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, HR technology, or enterprise systems delivery.
• 3–5+ years of people leadership or team oversight.
• Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end ownership of HR technology products, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom applications.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and deliver measurable business value.
• Lead SDLC governance and cross-functional delivery across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
