EPAM приглашает к себе в команду SAP SuccessFactors консультанта для реализации проектов по HR трансформациям. Ваша задача — проектирование и внедрение решений на базе SAP SuccessFactors, анализ HR процессов, а также сопровождение интеграций между модулями и участие в обучении клиентов.

Требуется 3+ года опыта работы с SF EC/EC Payroll/EC Time, знание ONB и SmartRecruiters, а также английский не ниже B2. Предлагаем стабильную оплату, возможность работать за границей до 60 дней в году и развитие

Responsibilities

• Настройка и внедрение модулей SAP SuccessFactors согласно требованиям клиента
• Анализ HR процессов и перевод их в решения SF
• Поддержка полного цикла проекта: дизайн, тестирование и развертывание
• Сотрудничество с кросс-функциональными командами для seamless интеграции SF модулей
• Консультации по настройке и best practice в SF
• Устранение проблем конфигурации и сохранности данных
• Подготовка функциональных спецификаций и документации по процессам
• Проведение воркшопов и обучений для клиентов
• Помощь с миграцией данных и интеграцией модулей SF
• Мониторинг производительности системы и предложение улучшений

Задачи:

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules according to client business requirements
• Analyze existing HR processes and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including design, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors modules
• Provide guidance on SAP SuccessFactors configuration and usage best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve system configuration and data integrity issues
• Prepare functional specifications and process design documentation
• Conduct workshops and training sessions with client stakeholders
• Assist with data migration and integration across SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Monitor system performance and recommend functionality improvements

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll), and Time Tracking (EC Time)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) and SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors (+ Winston)
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PM&GM) and Learning (LMS)
• Background in SAP SuccessFactors Career and Talent Development and Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
• Proficiency in Business Integration Builder (BIB)
• Familiarity with HR business processes and best practices across talent management functions
• Understanding of integration principles between multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
