Qualifications

• 3+ лет hands-on внедрения SAP Fieldglass, модуль Contingent Workforce Management.
• Опыт ведения или активного участия в Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Практический опыт конфигурации: workflows, бизнес-правила, роли пользователей, формы/шаблоны.
• Умение переводить требования бизнеса в возможности Fieldglass «из коробки» и четко отмечать элементы, требующие настройки.
• Опыт взаимодействия с бизнес-штатными участниками проекта.

Responsibilities

• Проведение Fit-to-Standard встреч с бизнес-заинтересованными лицами и оценка текущих процессов.
• Картирование существующих процессов к возможностям Fieldglass и документирование пробелов.
• Настройка рабочих процессов, правил, ролей и форм в Fieldglass.
• Перевод бизнес-требований в возможности Fieldglass без доп. настроек и указание необходимости кастомизации.
• Сотрудничество с бизнес-стейкхолдерами на протяжении всей реализации.
• Поддержка конфигурации Contingent Workforce Management от дизайна до развёртывания.

Описание

We are looking for a hands-on Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant to lead the Fit-to-Standard phase and subsequent configuration of our Contingent Workforce Management implementation. The ideal candidate will bring deep product expertise to map current contingent workforce processes to standard Fieldglass capabilities and configure the solution accordingly. Our environment includes SAP Ariba alongside custom in-house resource management systems, so integration touchpoints are not always standard SAP-to-SAP.

• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders to assess current contingent workforce processes
• Map existing processes to standard Fieldglass capabilities and document gaps
• Configure workflows, business rules, user roles, and forms/templates within the Fieldglass solution
• Translate business requirements into Fieldglass out-of-the-box capabilities
• Flag requirements that require customization beyond standard functionality
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders throughout the implementation
• Support the Contingent Workforce Management module configuration from design through deployment

Требования

• 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SAP Fieldglass, specifically the Contingent Workforce Management module
• Experience leading or actively participating in Fit-to-Standard workshops
• Practical configuration experience in workflows, business rules, user roles, and forms/templates
• Capability to translate business requirements into Fieldglass out-of-the-box capabilities and clearly flag items requiring customization
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or above English level
• Будет плюсом: Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology; Experience integrating Fieldglass via API with non-standard/custom systems, not just packaged SAP connectors; Experience with SAP Ariba integration points and supplier enablement; Background working in large, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments with legacy process resistance
