Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead SAP PRC Consultant to oversee the design, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of SAP PRC solutions across SAP systems. You will translate regulatory and operational requirements into scalable processes and configurations while coordinating with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and SAP technical teams.

The ideal candidate has deep SAP experience, hands-on S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and SAP-EHS Product Safety knowledge, and proven leadership in full-cycle PRC

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience including S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and solution design.
• Hands-on SAP-EHS: Product Safety.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure.
• Proven success leading full-cycle SAP PRC implementations.
• Background in compliance process governance and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in integration design covering SAP master data, logistics, and reporting.
• Ability to guide and mentor team members while fostering best practices.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead PRC workshops, solution design, and full delivery lifecycle, including build, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Oversee compliance process governance, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Define integration strategy involving SAP master data, logistics, and reporting.
• Maintain quality through fit-gap analysis, test strategy, and change management.
• Mentor team members and encourage best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Convert regulatory and operational needs into scalable processes and system setups.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and SAP technical teams during delivery.

• Solid background in compliance process governance and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in integration design covering SAP master data, logistics, and reporting
• Ability to guide and mentor team members while fostering best practices
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
