Noblesoft Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, testing, and stabilization of SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, CS, HR, business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations with 3+ EC implementations, 2+ ECP implementations, Workforce Software and Benefitfocus integration experience
• Experience with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance integrations.

Job Summary

The Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will support the implementation, configuration, testing, and stabilization of SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, system integrators, and internal support resources to deliver best-practice solutions and help build internal SuccessFactors capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations with 3+ SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations, 2+ ECP implementations, Workforce Software and Benefitfocus integration experience
• Experience with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop internal SuccessFactors capabilities.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) required and Payroll (ECP) Certification preferred
• Additional certifications in Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Onboarding are a plus.
