Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and stabilization of SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

The role requires strong hands-on configuration experience and collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and partners to deliver best-practice solutions and build internal SuccessFactors capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, HR, or related field
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations with 3+ EC implementations, 2+ ECP implementations
• Experience with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance integrations
• Demonstrated ability to mentor internal SuccessFactors capabilities
• EC/ECP certification preferred, additional certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP
• Provide functional and technical expertise during implementation and hypercare
• Support integrations with Workforce Software, Benefitfocus, ADP, OpenText
• Collaborate with partners to review designs and resolve issues
• Assist with data migration, payroll validation and production readiness
• Develop documentation and knowledge transfer materials
• Mentor internal HR technology resources to build capabilities
