Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to support payroll design, configuration, and implementation.

This role focuses on ECP implementations and payroll migrations from SAP HCM, with strong involvement in testing, integrations, and go-live support. The position is remote with travel, requires 5+ years SAP Payroll experience, and hands-on ECP configuration.

Qualificações

• 5+ years SAP Payroll (ECC and/or ECP).
• Strong SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation experience.
• Hands-on schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
• Experience with payroll migration and testing.
• Knowledge of PCC and retro/off-cycle payroll.

Responsabilidades

• Design/configure payroll (schemas, PCRs, wage types, PCC).
• Support full lifecycle implementations (Design → Hypercare).
• Lead/Support payroll data migration and validation.
• Support integrations (EC ECP, third-party systems).
• Lead testing cycles (unit, integration, parallel, UAT).
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and production support.
