Job summary

insi is seeking a SAP Solution Architect to help clients in the Florida market design and present SAP solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will partner with sales, architect end-to-end designs, and demonstrate concepts to executives, guiding transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong SAP ERP Cloud, BDC, BTP, and Business AI know-how, outstanding communication, and a willingness to travel. Hybrid work in Tampa/Florida is expected with leadership impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, enterprise software, or business consulting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP solutions, particularly SAP ERP Cloud (Public & Private), BDC, BTP, Business AI.
• Strong grasp of business processes and enterprise transformation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, with proven executive engagement.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 minimum).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales success — partner with Account Executives on account strategy, lead technical discovery, and support deal strategy, competitive positioning, and RFP/RFI responses
• Design and demonstrate — architect and present compelling solution designs, demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts that turn customer needs into SAP solutions and clear business value
• Engage executives — build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and position insi as a strategic SAP transformation partner
• Share expertise — stay ahead of SAP ERP Cloud (Public e Private), BDC, BTP, Business AI, sharing insights with customers and colleagues
• Collaborate and enable — work across sales, consulting, product, and partner teams, mentoring others along the way
