Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Functional Lead to drive the Core HR workstream for a major HR transformation program. The role will partner with HR stakeholders, project leadership, and the SI to design a scalable, standardized EC solution aligned with business needs.

The candidate should bring 10+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience and have led multiple EC implementations, with a proven ability to manage SI teams and complex data migrations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors experience with strong Core HR expertise.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations in a lead role.
• Proven experience leading Employee Central workstreams within large-scale transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in Employee Central configuration and design, including business rules, workflows, foundation objects, position management, and organizational structures.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover activities.
• Experience managing and governing System Integrator (SI) teams and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including hire-to-retire, organizational management, workforce administration, and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Functional Lead

The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Functional Lead will be responsible for leading the Core HR workstream for a major HR transformation program involving a deployment of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This individual will serve as the primary functional lead for Employee Central, partnering with HR stakeholders, project leadership, and the System Integrator (SI) to design and deliver a scalable, standardized, and business-aligned Core HR solution.

Required Qualifications / Must-Haves

• 10+ years of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors experience with strong Core HR expertise.
