Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a SAP Service Delivery Manager for a client in New Brunswick, NJ. The role oversees SAP AMS operations, enhancements, transitions, service performance and client relationships.

You will lead onshore/offshore teams, drive continuous improvement, ensure SLA/KPI, and balance regulatory/compliance with business needs. The position requires 10+ years in SAP within regulated environments and a strong background in IT service management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP application development, implementation and support in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP processes across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, warehouse & finance.
• Experience managing onshore/offshore or distributed teams and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SAP AMS operations with SLA/KPI performance and client satisfaction.
• Oversee SAP enhancements from requirements through testing, production, and post-go-live support.
• Manage SAP transition and knowledge transfer, planning and risk management.
• Serve as operational contact for business and IT stakeholders; handle escalations.
• Lead cross-location teams ensuring collaboration, resource alignment, and skill development.
• Drive continuous improvement reducing incidents and simplifying support processes.
