Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks an SAP Application Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 Voice of Customer support within a global SAP S/4HANA environment. You will analyze issues, review code and configurations, and collaborate with IT and SAP teams to ensure timely resolution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of software development experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Korean bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 2+ years in software development (VB, C#, Java or equivalent).
• Experience with database modeling (Oracle, MS SQL, MariaDB, etc.).
• Understanding of SDLC and system development lifecycle preferred.
• Ability to read and analyze complex source code and technical docs.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication across teams and client organizations.
• Korean bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 VOC support for SAP S/4HANA platform.
• Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot issues; escalate as needed.
• Review source code and configurations for root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IT, SAP functional/technical teams to resolve incidents.
• Document interactions, issue details, and resolutions per procedures.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support continuous improvement for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
