Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in software development (VB, C#, Java, or equivalent).
• SAP experience: exposure is preferred but not required.
• Experience with database modeling in RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, MariaDB, etc.).
• Understanding of SDLC and ability to interpret complex code and documentation.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams and clients.
• Prior client-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 VOC support for end users on SAP S/4HANA.
• Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot issues; escalate when needed.
• Review source code and configurations to aid root-cause identification.
• Collaborate with IT, SAP functional, and technical teams for resolution.
• Document customer interactions, issue details, and resolutions.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance support efficiency.
