ContiTech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple U.S. locations.

You will manage local project initiation, requirements gathering, system deployment, testing, training, and post-go-live support. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and SAP transformation expertise to ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field (or 4 years SAP experience).
• 2+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise ERP implementations.
• 2+ years of SAP/ERP experience and strong leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation to post-production support.
• Establish local governance, plans, budgets, and risk registers; provide executive status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Quality).
• Manage scope, changes, and project documentation; ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology.
