Job summary

Continental Group Sector ContiTech is seeking a Regional Controlling CO Key User SAP S4 HANA to lead SAP S4 HANA CO implementation across US locations in the Industrial Solutions Americas area.

The role requires expertise in CO module, cross-location coordination, training, and support during hyper-care post go-live, with a 3-day in-office hybrid schedule and extensive collaboration with plants and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/controlling experience with SAP CO implementation.
• Understanding of operational/manufacturing finance and/or accounting.
• Highly organized, self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50% as needed to support the project.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in the SAP S4 HANA CO module.
• Lead fit-to-template analyses and integration tests with local CO key users.
• Identify local needs and coordinate with IMP@CT team and end-users.
• Ensure processes interact across SAP modules with plant controllers.
• Train end-users and provide first-level support post go-live.
• Support plants during hyper-care and capture lessons learned.
