Job summary

Dizario Search is partnering with a global manufacturer for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager. Lead the program from planning through go-live, collaborating with business leaders, IT, SAP teams, and site stakeholders.

You will own scope, schedule, risks, and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and guiding testing, cutover, and training to ensure a successful go-live. Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations from planning through go-live or stabilization.
• Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Understanding of SAP business processes and implementation methodology.
• Experience with testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent SAP/project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an SAP S/4HANA implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Own project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and overall execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, SAP, and operations.
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, UAT, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to leadership.
• Identify and resolve project risks and roadblocks.
• Support change management and organizational readiness throughout the implementation.
