Job summary

Continental Group Sector ContiTech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation in the United States. Hybrid work model (3 days on-site) across ContiTech sites, with responsibility for local initiation, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, deployment and post-go-live support.

You will manage stakeholder expectations, lead multi-functional teams, and ensure delivery within scope, budget,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Business, Engineering or related field (or 4 years SAP experience).
2+ years in project management, leading ERP implementations.
2+ years SAP/ERP experience.
Strong knowledge of PMI, Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall methodologies.
Travel up to 50% based on location.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation to post-production support.
Establish local project governance, communication plans, reporting structures, and escalation processes.
Develop and maintain detailed local project plans, schedules, budgets, resources and risk registers.
Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status reporting.
