Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA program delivery, including design, budgeting, and resource planning across multi‑discipline teams. The role requires deep SAP consulting experience and a track record of successful go-lives, partnerships with executives, and complex risk management.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in SAP delivery, 3+ end-to-end implementations, and strong stakeholder engagement across global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of total professional experience in SAP consulting and/or enterprise technology delivery.
• Minimum of 5 years SAP functional experience across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM modules, with 2+ modules at config/design level and 3+ client engagements as a functional lead or above.
• Minimum of 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations end-to-end with accountability for scope, schedule, and delivery quality across teams of 10+ resources.
• Minimum of 3 years leading offshore delivery teams across 2+ time zones with utilization targets, quality gates, and delivery cadences.
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated cutover management across at least 2 go-live events with runbooks and hypercare ownership.
• Minimum of 3 years of executive-level stakeholder engagement including steering committees and C-suite communications.
• Minimum of 3 years managing project financials and delivery risk across 3+ workstreams (budgets $5M+).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Associate’s degree requires 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery across solution design, budget management, resource planning, and QA.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues with mitigation strategies.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage onshore/offshore delivery team structures across time zones for seamless execution.
• Drive cutover planning, rehearsals, and execution with controlled go-live.
• Oversee project financials including EAC, revenue recognition, margin, and change orders.
• Facilitate governance rituals including steering committees and executive briefings.
• Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery standards and client obligations.
