Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a SAP Business Process Manager to lead the deployment and sustainment of SAP S/4HANA processes across procurement, demand planning, scheduling, and inventory management. This role reports to Group VP Supply Chain and collaborates with corporate SAP IT, divisions, and stakeholders to drive standardization and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, engineering, information systems, or related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, materials management, or ERP-enabled leadership.
• 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams, implementation teams, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Direct SAP or large-scale ERP implementation experience strongly preferred; SAP S/4HANA implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading business process transformation across multiple sites, divisions, or business units.
• Experience serving as a business process owner, functional lead, workstream lead, or deployment lead for ERP/SAP implementations.
• Experience leading ERP/SAP-enabled supply chain workstreams: procurement, planning, scheduling, MRP, inventory, testing, go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide SAP deployment strategy, readiness, and sustainment with leaders.
• Establish and lead functional governance for SAP processes and decisions.
• Perform current-state assessments across divisions and identify gaps and impacts.
• Drive adoption of Parker standard SAP processes and recommend standardization.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to align future-state processes and readiness.
• Own data readiness, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and stabilization readiness.
• Lead resolution of deployment issues during deployment and hypercare.
• Collaborate with Corporate teams to evaluate requirements and support adoption.
• Provide coaching and training to division teams to ensure sustainable adoption.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt standard processes and accelerate timelines.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities post go-live and manage risks.
• Maintain strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge and related processes.
• Travel 25%-50% to lead deployment activities and ensure readiness.
• Prepare and present readiness status, risks, and deployment recommendations.
