Job summary

Gardner-White Furniture Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Systems Manager to lead the SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation, manage ERP analysts, and partner with business stakeholders from design through go-live and post-production support.

The role emphasizes governance, testing coordination, data migration validation, cutover readiness, issue resolution, and change management, while building scalable support models and driving adoption of new ERP capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition preferred.
Experience leading ERP analysts and coordinating cross-functional projects.
Strong ITIL-aligned service management and change control experience.
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation efforts and partner with SAP Services and partners.
Review configuration, process designs, and functional specs for standard fit and gaps.
Coordinate test scripts, data migration validation, and cutover tasks.
Plan and lead system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Guide data migration and resolve data quality issues.
