Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Deployment & Cutover Sub-Lead to guide a transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA. You will develop and execute a comprehensive cutover strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth go-live with minimal disruption.

You will monitor progress, address issues, and implement contingency plans while leveraging your SAP BASIS and AWS expertise to optimize deployment and ensure system stability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with SAP BASIS administration, AWS cloud infrastructure, and SAP lifecycle.
• Exposure to migrations, data validation, and post-cutover support.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP deployments, especially SAP S/4HANA.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute cutover strategies for a seamless SAP S/4HANA go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate deployment activities.
• Oversee and support BASIS activities during deployment and cutover.
• Leverage AWS and SAP lifecycle knowledge to optimize deployment processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to cutover and deployment.
• Monitor progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
