Gardner White Furniture & Mattress is seeking a results-driven Business Systems Manager to lead the ERP analyst team and partner with business stakeholders on enterprise-wide system implementations from design through go-live and post-production support.

You will oversee SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition initiatives, manage testing, data migration validation, cutover readiness, and change management while ensuring adoption of new capabilities across sales, warehousing, inventory, procurement and

Competenze

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience.
• Experience in leading ERP initiatives across sales, warehousing, inventory and finance.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and drive adoption.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud project delivery with SAP Services and partners.
• Coordinate test scripts, data migration validation, and cutover tasks.
