Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Deployment & Cutover Sub-Lead to guide the transition from legacy systems to the SAP S/4HANA production environment. You will develop and execute a comprehensive cutover strategy, ensuring migration is efficient and disruption is minimized through cross-functional collaboration.

You will monitor progress, manage timelines, oversee BASIS activities, and implement contingency plans to guarantee a successful go-live.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience with SAP BASIS administration and a deep familiarity with the SAP application lifecycle.
Exposure to data migrations, validation, post-cutover support is beneficial.
Experience leading or supporting large-scale ERP deployments, especially SAP S/4HANA, is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute cutover strategies to ensure a seamless transition from legacy environment to the SAP S/4HANA production system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate deployment activities and minimize business disruption.
Oversee and support BASIS activities related to system deployment and cutover.
Leverage AWS and SAP lifecycle knowledge to optimize deployment processes and mitigate risks.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the transition.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during cutover to ensure system stability and performance.
