Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an SAP Deployment Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA deployments across manufacturing, distribution, and operations in the United States. You will partner with site teams, digital and solution groups, and external partners to coordinate deployment readiness, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of SAP deployment or ERP transformation experience.
• Strong project management skills leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated supply chain experience and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA deployment programs.
• Experience managing business readiness, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.
• Proven ability to manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment planning, readiness, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities for assigned sites and business units.
• Develop and maintain integrated deployment plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate deployment activities across business, site, digital, and implementation partner teams.
• Ensure deployment readiness activities are completed on schedule and aligned with program objectives.
• Facilitate cutover rehearsals, go-live preparation, and hypercare support activities.
• Escalate risks, issues, and decisions that may impact scope, schedule, quality, or business continuity.
• Support adoption of standardized SAP S/4HANA processes and alignment with global deployment standards.
