Job summary

Serán BioScience seeks an Applications Deployment Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute enterprise application deployments across the organization. You will lead implementation projects, engage stakeholders, and support change initiatives, with a focus on ERP systems and SAP S/4HANA deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years managing enterprise software implementation or deployment projects.
• Minimum of two years participating in or leading SAP S/4HANA implementation and deployment activities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads application deployment projects from initiation through post-production support, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans, schedules, resources, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Coordinates deployment activities among business stakeholders, technical teams, external consultants, and software vendors.
• Facilitates requirements gathering, implementation planning, testing, training, and go-live readiness activities.
• Supports SAP S/4HANA implementation and deployment efforts, including cutover planning and execution.
• Manages change control processes and deployment governance activities.
• Conducts risk assessments and develops mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Coordinates UAT, integration testing, and deployment validation activities.
• Supports deployment documentation, SOPs, and implementation playbooks.
