Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion programs.
• Experience managing large global cross-functional teams across onsite, offshore, client, and partner organizations.
• Strong program governance, financial management, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP integration landscapes, data migration, reconciliation, and deployment governance.
• Experience with Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making for cohesive project execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define project scope and foster consensus.
• Refine project management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align performance with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions for commercial estimates.
• Guide resource allocation and set performance objectives for teams.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and training roadmaps for smooth adoption.
