Lonza is seeking a SAP-S/4 HANA Deployment Director to lead the global rollout of a standardized S/4HANA template across multiple sites. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and aligning stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Travel and face-to-face engagements are needed, with a remote base near Portsmouth, NH or other US sites. The position offers a highly visible leadership opportunity with responsibilities from strategy to go-live,

Qualifications

Extensive SAP S/4HANA deployment experience in global settings.
Strong governance, PMO methodologies, and budget control.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end S/4HANA deployment across sites within scope, budget, and timeline.
Enforce global template standards and manage localization requirements.
Serve as the main contact for business and program management to report progress.
Oversee rollout phases including testing, system integration, and vendor coordination.
Track project risks, apply proactive fixes, and ensure continuity during hypercare.
Support change management and end-user training for smooth adoption.
Supervise data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
