Job summary

The Skills Coalition is seeking a Business Implementation SME (Temp Role) to bridge business requirements and SAP S/4HANA delivery. Ideally located near Tampa, FL, USA, this temporary assignment (3–6 months) may extend based on project needs and client engagement.

The role focuses on translating physical and financial flow requirements, supporting UAT, training, and change management across business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in business implementation, functional consulting, or ERP transformation (SAP preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP in a functional capacity.
• Strong understanding of physical and financial flows in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into clear, testable functional specifications.
• Work with business and IT teams to validate and optimise end-to-end process flows.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – from preparation to sign-off.
• Lead or assist with change management and training activities for go-live.
• Coordinate project deliverables, track progress, and manage stakeholder communication.
