Job summary

Super Micro Computer seeks an experienced Manager, Enterprise Applications Project Management to lead SAP initiatives from initiation through completion. You will drive SAP engagements, upgrades, and migrations to meet objectives in budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has a strong SAP project management background, hands-on experience with S/4HANA programs, and proven leadership of large programs. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of SAP engagement and project management experience.
• Led 2+ end-to-end large SAP programs as Program Manager (Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4HANA).
• Program Manager for S/4 Upgrade & Migration engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP project management from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules; track progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Manage risks and issues; implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards.
• Work with technical teams for system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.
• Maintain project documentation per standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
