Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a seasoned SAP deployment lead to drive the global ERP transformation. You will manage SAP-based processes across multiple domains, mentor teams, and ensure readiness and alignment from design through go-live.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, risk mitigation, and cross-site coordination. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of ERP experience, a strong project management background, and excellent stakeholder communication to deliver consistent deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 7+ years relevant work experience.
• Understanding of ERP systems and how they integrate with business processes.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and execution of SAP business processes across one or more functional domains (OTC, Transportation, STP, Warehouse, Production)
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex process issues
• Validate business readiness and ensure alignment between design and execution
• Identify and mitigate risks to successful process adoption
• Lead onsite and/or remote support during go-live and deployment activities
