Job summary

Serán BioScience is seeking an Applications Deployment Specialist to lead enterprise application deployments across the organization in Bend, Oregon. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure go-live readiness while minimizing operational disruption.

Your SAP S/4HANA experience and strong PM skills will drive successful ERP initiatives. Responsibilities include planning, risk management, UAT coordination, and governance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementation or deployment projects.
• Two+ years of recent SAP S/4HANA deployment experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams on large technology initiatives.
• PM/CSM/SAP certifications or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing/pharma/life sciences environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads deployment projects from initiation through post-production support, delivering on time and within scope.
• Develops detailed project plans, schedules, resources, risks, and status reports.
• Coordinates deployment activities among stakeholders, technical teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Facilitates requirements gathering, planning, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
• Supports SAP S/4HANA implementations, including cutover planning and execution.
• Manages change control and deployment governance processes.
• Assesses risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Coordinates UAT, integration testing, and deployment validation.
• Prepares deployment documentation and SOPs; supports post-go-live needs.
