Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Retail Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations across multiple retail sectors. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, lead discovery and design phases, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to shape target-state processes.

Key activities include managing solution design for articles, stores, pricing, promotions, and store operations, plus driving workshops and RFP responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically, 4–6 years delivering SAP Retail or retail transformation programs, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional global teams.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices, Clean Core principles, and modern SAP methodologies.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery, process design, and solution design phases for SAP Retail transformation programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise across SAP Retail capabilities (Articles, Sites, Business Partners).
• Oversee listing, assortment management, and layout; pricing, promotions, and markdown processes.
• Manage store operations and retail execution; ensure integration across merchandising and planning.
• Design integrated solutions across merchandising, planning, supply chain and store operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define target-state processes and roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and drive design decisions with business and IT stakeholders.
