Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Retail Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations across multiple retail sectors. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, lead discovery and design phases, and collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps. Travel 40–60% is expected.

The role emphasizes business transformation, master data, pricing, promotions, and store operations within SAP Retail environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
4–6 years delivering SAP Retail or retail transformation programs.
At least 4 years in a solution lead, workstream lead, or project leadership role.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
Experience with cross-functional global teams.
Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and modern implementation methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project teams.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead solution discovery, process design, and solution design phases for SAP Retail transformation programs.
Provide subject matter expertise across SAP Retail capabilities (Master Data, Listing/Assortment, Pricing/Promotions, Store Operations).
Design integrated solutions across merchandising, planning, supply chain, and store operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define target-state processes and roadmaps.
Facilitate workshops and drive design decisions with business and IT.
