Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Retail Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations across multiple retail sectors. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, coordinating across merchandising, planning, supply chain, and store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP Retail or retail transformation programs.
• Experience in solution lead, workstream lead, or project leadership roles.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional global teams and fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices, Clean Core, and modern SAP implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, process design, and solution design for SAP Retail transformation programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise across SAP Retail capabilities (Master Data, Listing/Assortment, Pricing/Promotions, Store Operations).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define target-state processes and roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and drive design decisions with business and IT stakeholders.
